Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Contact our customer service department Boutiqueexpressions1@gmail.com for any issue or concerns regarding your order within 48 hours of arrival.


Exchanges / Returns
Personalized/customized items are non refundable. Due to the nature of our core products being hygienic we do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair or jewelry accessories.  


Refunds
Regular apparel items can be refunded for store credit. To be eligible for a refund all items must be in original packaging, unworn, unlaundered, and free of rips, stains, pet hair, and smoke scent. To place a return, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll send you a return shipping label. Once inspected your credit will be applied within 48hours. If your return doesn’t meet all criteria you will be given only partial store credit.
