Our outsourced brands have all been meticulously selected to ensure only the finest materials are used that will stand up to daily wear.

Apparel is not available for pick up orders.

We starch every bow to ensure they hold their shape and will look just as good throughout their usage. All clips are lined in ribbon to add just an extra touch of elegance.

Unlike others, we ship our bows in boxes to ensure you receive your items in the best condition possible. Estimated order fulfillment time for bows is 3-5 business days. Orders containing apparel will be fulfilled within 7-10 business days. Pre-orders will have an estimated ship date in the product description.

No returns or refunds will be given for pre-orders, customized products nor any hair products due to health and hygiene reasons. 
If you are unhappy with a regular apparel item you can return it within 3 days. To be eligible for return the items must be in original packaging, unworn, unlaundered, and free of stains, rips, pet hair, or cigarette smell. If returned and your items do not meet this criteria you’ll be given only partial store credit. 
To place a return please email our store and we will send you a return shipping label. Once we receive your return your credit will be applied within 48hours.
